"Not quite as flexible as I expected"
I’m not totally sure if it’s just my schedule, but I found it kind of hard to make this work around my job. I was hoping it would be a bit more flexible.

"Affordable, and the aid office actually helped"
I’m usually skeptical when schools use all that polished “we’re here to support you” kind of language, because half the time it doesn’t mean much. But wilmu has been affordable for me. The financial aid office broke down what I qualified for in a way I could actually understand, and that made taking classes feel possible. It wasn’t perfect, I did have to wait around sometimes, but in the end it saved me a lot of money, and I’m glad I went through them

"Getting help from advising was a struggle"
Advising was frustrating for me. I kept getting sent from one person to another, and it felt like it took forever to hear back. Then when I finally did get a response, the answers were kinda vague and didn’t really help me figure much out. I was just trying to get my classes sorted, but most of the time I felt like I was on my own

"Good classes and fair overall"
I thought the classes were good overall, and the programs felt solid for the most part. To be fair, not everything was perfect, but I do think they put in a reasonable effort and the experience was generally worthwhile.

"Admissions Was Honestly Easy"
I applied to Wilmington University through wilmu.edu, it was way less stressful than I expected. The admissions page was easy to follow, and I didn’t end up clicking around in circles like I have with a couple other schools. I was doing it with coffee next to me and somehow didn’t spill it, which already felt like a win.
I had a few questions about transcripts, because paperwork always makes me feel like I’m missing one tiny thing that will ruin everything. Someone got back to me quickly and explained what I needed in a normal, simple way. It kind of reminded me of when you ask for directions and the person actually gives useful directions instead of saying “you can’t miss it.”
Enrollment was smooth after that too. I got my login, picked my classes, and felt like I actually knew what was happening next. I’m sure starting school will still come with the usual nerves, but the admissions and enrollment part was really easy, and I’m happy with how it went.

"I’ve had a good experience with wilmu.edu..."
I’ve had a good experience with wilmu.edu so far, though I lose track of exactly when I started noticing it because the weeks kind of blur together. But the faculty has been really helpful. Whenever I email with a question, I’m not just left sitting there wondering if anyone saw it. Most of my professors reply quickly and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. It’s made online classes feel way less stressful than I expected.

"WilmU Online Classes Have Been a Great Fit"
I’ve been taking online classes at Wilmington University, it’s been a really good experience so far. The course pages are easy to navigate, and most of my professors have been quick to respond, which makes a big difference when you’re studying online. There have been a few small hiccups, like some assignments needing clearer instructions and a couple videos feeling a little dated, but nothing that’s ruined the experience. Overall, it fits my schedule really well, and I’m genuinely happy I chose Wilmington University
